By purchasing, subscribing to, or using our services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Nature of Services
Jurisynk provides:
- Legal AI research tools
- Automated drafting solutions
- Subscription-based SaaS services
- Access to proprietary AI models and workflows
- Cloud-based digital legal infrastructure
All services are digital, intangible, and access-based in nature.
2. No Refund Policy (All Sales Final)
Due to the nature of our digital SaaS services:
- All purchases are final.
- No refunds shall be provided once a free trial, paid subscription, subscription mandate, or service access is activated, except for the limited payment-error exceptions expressly stated in Section 4.
- No returns are applicable.
- No partial refunds or prorated refunds will be issued.
- No refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods.
By completing checkout, setting up a payment method or autopay mandate, activating a free trial, or making any subscription payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- Access to the free trial and/or services begins upon successful activation; where an autopay UPI mandate is set up, a ₹1 setup/authentication charge may be charged or authorised by the payment gateway or banking partner.
- You waive any right to cancel or seek a refund after activation.
3. Subscription & Auto-Renewal Policy
For monthly subscription plans purchased through payment gateway checkout:
- A 7-day free trial may be activated after checkout using an eligible credit card or autopay UPI mandate; after the free trial ends, the applicable monthly subscription amount will be automatically deducted and the subscription will continue to be charged on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled before the next renewal or charge date.
- Users are responsible for managing subscription cancellations prior to renewal.
- Users may cancel their subscription from the portal; cancellation will prevent future billing if completed before the applicable trial-end, renewal, or charge date.
- Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing cycle.
- No credits will be issued for partially used periods.
4. Exceptional Cases (Limited Refund Eligibility)
Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment for the same transaction.
- Payment deducted but service not activated due to technical failure attributable to Jurisynk.
- Incorrect amount charged due to a verified system error.
Conditions
- The request must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.
- Valid proof of transaction must be provided.
- Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, subject to banking timelines.
Jurisynk reserves the right to approve or reject such requests after investigation.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute through their bank or payment provider:
- Jurisynk reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access.
- We may provide transaction logs, IP logs, service access records, and policy acceptance records to the payment processor as evidence.
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and legal recovery proceedings.
6. Payment Processing & Gateway Disclosure
Payments are securely processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregators such as:
Jurisynk does not store complete card details or complete UPI mandate credentials on its servers.
Refund timelines (if applicable under Section 4) are subject to the respective payment gateway and banking partner policies.
7. Service Availability Disclaimer
Temporary interruptions caused by the following shall not qualify for refunds:
- Scheduled maintenance
- AI model updates
- Infrastructure scaling
- Cloud provider issues
- Third-party API failures
- Force majeure events
8. Compliance with Indian Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of India, including applicable provisions under:
- The Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- The Information Technology Act, 2000
Nothing in this Policy overrides mandatory legal rights available under Indian law.
Jurisdiction for disputes shall lie exclusively with the courts of Bengaluru, India.
10. Policy Acceptance
By completing a payment on the Website, you:
- Confirm that you have read and understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Agree that all purchases are final.
- Accept that refunds are limited to the exceptional cases stated above.
